First time in casa Carmen. It was a perfect spot for a short holiday with our children and grandchildren. Well informed by Sean about the casa and the environment. Transfer with a rented VW, parking place on the complex.

Just back from a week in Casa Carmen - three generations including 2.5 year old. House was just perfect for our needs. Loads of space the ground floor with kitchen and living room combined opening onto patio area with wicker couches and coffee table and dining table and 6 chairs and then small garden area with gate that opened to really close community pool was perfect. Being so early in the season we often had the pool to ourselves. As others have said we could walk to lovely small cove beaches, supermarket and restaurants. We had hired a car but in actual fact would consider if going again taking taxi from the airport and only renting car locally if we needed one. The information supplied was spot on and when we had any questions Sean would reply to emails really quickly. Place was really clean, well equipped - no negatives. Would certainly recommend.
This was our second stay in Casa Carmen. Once again we had a great time, the house was still spacious, clean, tidy and very well equipped. Sean and Iasone had done some decorating since we were there 12 months prior and these made the villa even more welcoming, the improvements make the space feel even larger and brighter. We found the complex, slight busier than when we went in August 21 (amid covid concerns & uncertainty), this served to give the complex a bit more of a buzz and it was as friendly and pleasant as we remembered.
Sean and Iasone are a pleasure to deal with and Mark (onsite) is always at hand to help out and offer local tips!
Another great stay, were disappointed to not be able to book for 2022 as we were limited by dates and availability, but I am sure those who take our place will have a wonderful time, fingers crossed we can come back for our 3rd visit in the future.
We stayed at Casa Carmen for 10 days in September for a long overdue break! There were 7 of us all adults .
This villa really is a home from home, loads of room , very clean and the beds were ultra comfortable!
The air conditioning is lovely and there was a plentiful supply of towels and bed linen!
The gated complex is small and immaculately kept and has its own car park ! It has a very friendly vibe and feels very secure!
All amenities beaches, supermarket, some very nice shops and the marina are all a short walk away!
There are lots of beautiful coves and beaches within easy reach and of course Cala d'Or for shopping!
We love Mallorca and have already booked the villa for next year as the area is lovely and it was a most enjoyable holiday!
Also the drive from the airport was trouble free taking approx 40 minutes thanks to google maps and the excellent directions supplied by our hosts Sean and Iasone! Thank you both for all the helpful advice.

We have just had a wonderful relaxing two week holiday in Mallorca staying in the very spacious Casa Carmen. Casa Carmen is a beautiful villa in a gated community. We hired a car and had a seamless journey from Palma to Cala Egos. We spent the first few days exploring our local area of Cala Egos , Cala D'Or and Portopetro. We were spoiled for choice with all the beautiful beaches and coves. Some of us cycled and found this the perfect way to explore. We drove to the market in Santanyi and loved it. We spent a wonderful day in Porto Christo visiting the Caves of Drach . We also spent a few hours on the lovely beach there. We made the very exciting journey to the Sanctuary of Sant Salvador and were delighted to attend mass at this spectacular old monastery . We dined out and we dined in and both were equally enjoyable and delicious. We can't wait to return to Casa Carmen sometime in 2022.
I cannot recommend Casa Carmen highly enough! We recently stayed here in mid September for a week. It was so relaxing. Casa Carmen is such a fabulous house in a perfect location. Everything is there that you could possibly need and more. The house is tastefully decorated, spacious, clean and comfortable. The welcome pack was such a lovely touch and perfect as we arrived late. The house is within a small gated community with two fantastic swimming pools. We didn’t hire a car and we didn’t need it. There are loads of lovely coves with beautiful beaches to explore. We explored all the coves with such lovely beaches within 45 minutes walk each direction every morning. So worth getting up and out early to experience the sunrise. The roof terrace is perfect in the evening to watch the sunset with a beer/ glass of wine or a cocktail. We enjoyed having the mix of quieter Cala Egos and then strolling into Cala D’or through the the Marina on a few nights. There are so many fabulous restaurants, shops and bars all just a five minute walk. Even more restaurants within a short stroll to the Marina. The centre of Cala D’or has lots more restaurants, shops and bars. My first time to visit this part of Mallorca and I will definitely be back and would hope to have the opportunity to stay in Casa Carmen again.
Great Stay Looking forward to returning
Sean and Iasone were excellent hosts, with the uncertainty of the pandemic we were in constant contact in the months proceeding our stay and they offered reassurance and flexible options. Luckily, our holiday went ahead. The resort was quieter than usual, but this was fine, more room around the pool and on the beaches. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Great air con, which was quiet and super effective on the warm nights. Very comfortable beds, nice lounge and cute little garden and outside area. The pools get sun all day. It's a few minutes walk from a couple of beaches and the local shops. Only a 20 min stroll around the beautiful marina to the main town and more beaches. It was lovely to meet Sean and Iasone while we were there and they were very helpful and generous, lending us their paddle boards! I highly recommend both the property and the hosts. Cala Égos
Very nice villa in a small gated complex. Minutes to good choice of restaurants and a reasonable supermarket. Also walking distance to a small beach and marina with more restaurants.

Lovely hosts, great well equipped apt.Very comfortable bed ,pity air con was a bit off and on in bedroom still slept well.A great base to explore this area as we did! Many Thanks .
Fantastic break for me and my boys, near everything yet quiet too.
I spent just over a week with my twelve year old twins and had a fantastic break. The apartment was well equipped, the pool was fantastic and we had it to ourselves lots of the time. Near to all the essential amenities and the beautiful marina and beaches. The owners, Helen and Jarvis, could not have been more helpful and made our stay really easy and relaxing. Would thoroughly recommend!
Fantastic stay
Stopped for a week in August and had a fantastic stay. Apartment was as described and easy to see why all reviews are 5 stars. Would recommend to all and will be re-booking again ourselves. Met the owners while we were there as they were staying in apartment above and they could not do enough to help. The complex has a real neighbourly feel about it and lovely and quiet even in August.

A fantastic, well equipped holiday apartment set in a secure and beautiful complex with all the facilities you can wish for. Perfectly situated in a corner plot with a beautiful garden, ample room for 4 sunbeds and just 10 yards away from the pools. The owners couldn't have been more helpful from the date we booked the holiday to the day we left. Would we recommend this holiday home? - 100% YES!!! Thank you
A gem of a place
Just got back after 10 enjoyable days spent on this complex in Casa Carmen its a small and secure complex with 2 pools and a kids pool mark the caretaker of the complex does a great job the areas are spotless and the pools also there is secure car parking also . The villa suited all our needs from aircon to the sky tv and free wi fi .the roof terrace was perfect for relaxing with two sunbeds and covers plus we had 2 beds for use at the poolside just a few metres from the apt we will deffo return here again many thanks for the use of his splendid apt

Lovely complex not too big
Just returned from Casa Carmen and had a wonderful stay. Beautifully decorated and with everything you need. Good restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the marina . Highly recommend

4th year running we've returned to Casa Carmen including our wedding in the yacht club last year. Fantastic place with excellent food at great value from the marina to Porta Petro and Cala D'Or itself. We've always had good food. Mollys in Cala Egos is a must for the Sunday roast. Clean, private, perfect for relaxing.
Just returned from our second stay at this home from home. We travel with just hand luggage so great to have washing machine for a quick wash during the holiday. Beds really comfy and double is a big double so plenty of room. Everything you need to cook is in the kitchen with milk, butter, bread & water supplied on arrival - which was lovely. Walled garden with plenty of room for four sun beds means no fighting for a bed and only 10 metres from poolside. Cala Egos shops and restaurants are 2 mins walk away and Cala D'Or Marina is 10 mins walk where you can walk around the marina to Cala D'or (or a 5 euro taxi ride for four). Lovely area as a base or do as we do and just chill by relaxing in the garden / pool and eating far too much every day in the local restaurants. The owner is always on hand for questions before and during holiday. So glad I found this gem of a property and would have no hesitation in recommending it.
Brilliant Family Holiday!
This is a fantastic apartment! We have stayed twice now in Casa Carmen and have thoroughly enjoyed it. We stayed in the garden apartment which is just perfect for us, having two boys aged 11 and 8. They loved the pools, table tennis and playing with the other kids in the complex. The apartment itself is spotless and has lovely furnishings, everything you need for an easy, relaxed holiday with kids. The owner is so helpful and friendly, answering any emails or queries promptly. I would have no hesitation recommending Casa Carmen to my friends and family. We have had two family holidays here now and will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks again!
Perfect family break
We have just returned from our second visit to Casa Carmen and have booked again for next year. The apartment itself is clean and well equipped and is within a gated complex of around 20 properties. The kids loved the pool area and played happily all afternoon with friends they made leaving myself and my husband free to enjoy the peace and soak up the sun ! Cala Egos has several good restaurants and a well stocked supermarket. The marina at Cala D'or is a 10 minute walk away , you can amble round looking at the boats into the town itself, the owner is very easy to work with and always replied promptly to any queries. I would recommend Casa Carmen to anyone wanting a holiday in Majorca.
Great Holiday, From our first enquiry to our stay the owner provided an excellent service with prompt and informative advice. The Casa Carmen was very clean with very good facilities within the Casa with everything you need. There were other families staying in the other villas but this only made the stay better as they were very friendly and gave a neighbourhood atmosphere but still quiet at night time. The outside gardens and pool area are excellent and very well kept. The grounds are also secure with private parking all inside electronic gates. The photos do not do it justice. The shops restaurants and beach are all within a two minute walk and cater for all ages. The area of Cala Egos and Cala D Or is very picturesque and friendly I will go back as one week was not enough time to explore this excellent location.
